Krystyna Fennelly, born in Houston’s Bay Area, is a graduate of Deer Park H. S. and current resident of Seabrook. She is happily married to Chris Fennelly, former classmate, and the proud mother of two wonderful boys Cayson and Braydin. Krystyna takes a very active role in her children’s school activities and enjoys coaching her son’s soccer team and cheering on her son at baseball, which her husband coaches.
Krystyna has been working in Real Estate since 2001, starting as a transaction coordinator and working her way up to a top producer in her company. Once she received her Realtor License January 2004, she began her Realtor career as a Buyer’s Specialist, specializing in working with first-time homebuyers. With a clear understanding of the uncertainties and intimidations that many first-time homebuyers face she addresses these issues and makes buying a home fun, educational and a pleasant experience.
To further her education, in 2007 Krystyna traveled to Florida to attend an intense interior design academy and study Redesign and Real Estate Staging. This has enabled her to expand her services and expertise to home sellers. She has a keen eye and assists each of the homeowners she works with in properly staging their home to obtain the maximum benefit and show the property in a neutral and appealing manner that leads to a shorter marketing time.
In 2011, Krystyna also completed her training courses and received certification as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS).
In 2011 and 2012 she was awarded the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent award, by a national business professions surveying company.
Whether working with buyers or sellers Krystyna specializes in offering the highest level of service. She has obtained her Quality Service Certification (QSC) as a result of making a commitment to each and every client she works with to deliver only the best. Listening closely to the client’s needs and letting that guide Krystyna in delivering a unique marketing plan for sellers, or property selection tools for buyer; is what sets her aside from other agents in the Bay Area. Krystyna believes “Each client is unique and you have to understand each person’s needs and deliver to meet that individual’s goals”. The marketing plan you implemented to sell Bob and Diane’s home may not be the same plan you use to sell Doug and Susie’s home…you have to be ready to think outside the box to meet the challenges of today’s market.
