Coming from a well-known family of Realtors in the Dallas area, Rande has Real Estate flowing through her veins. She remembers sitting at her grandmothers desk asking questions and trying to understand MLS sheets at the tender age of four. As an inquisitive teen, Rande spent her spare time assisting her grandmother and mother in Real Estate transactions of every kind.
After moving to the Houston area to be near family, Rande dove into the profession she knew most… Real Estate. Her knowledge grew through the number of years she spent working with builders. Rande joined the Bay Area Elite Properties team in 2010 and quickly stood out with her impressive knowledge of new construction, short sales and foreclosure processes just to name a few. Within a short time Rande was promoted to Office Manager and does a superb job of managing the office team as well as providing outstanding service to each of our clients. She truly lives up to our company motto “More than you Expect…All that you Deserve”.
When Rande is not working she enjoys the outdoors…hiking, hunting and more, or just relaxing with husband, Clint and daughter, Dakota.
